Photography
Photography at LiveSpace is a little different than typical portrait photography! Instead of capturing smiles, I focus on our AV products such as LED walls, lighting fixtures, and line array speakers. (But I can never resist sneaking in some shots of the talented headliners!) Acton University 2025
Acton Institute is one of our largest clients, and annually relies on LiveSpace to run the AV for their 100+ breakout sessions and large plenary dinners. As the Marketing Associate and Live Events Administrator, I played a significant role in the run-of-show for Acton 2025. I was responsible for creating a large portion of the plenary dinner slides. These slides rotated throughout the evening on large projector screens and our large LED wall on center stage.

The slides I created highlighted the evenings’ speakers, as well as the speakers for the next day. During the plenary lectures, the speakers would talk through several “stat slides” highlighting the history of Acton University. Aside from plenary dinner slides, I was also responsible for breakout room content. As mentioned previously, there were over 100 individual breakout sessions taking place in over 10 rooms across DeVos Place. I helped organize the content and ensure it was sorted according to room. Some breakout speakers didn’t bring their own content, so I made title slides for each of them to display in the background of their lectures.

Lastly, I was responsible for designing the podium sign on stage and the step-and-repeat banners for the Acton University social media station! I created all of these slides with Adobe Illustrator and uploaded them to Pro Presenter.
